Speakers & Worship Team
Please arrive between 6:45am to 7:00am.
You may park in lots G or A. Lot G is smaller and only for speakers, worship team, and committee members. There is a set of double doors off of this lot that will be unlocked early, but then will be locked closer to the beginning of the program. Lot A is where all attendees are encouraged to park. Walk along the corridor to the right of the building to find the registration entrance. Signs will be pointing the way. A map for both lots can be found here.
Regardless of which lot your park in and door you enter, make your way to the Arena. Hanes & Stacy Torbett will be on hand to help you find your seat. Your name tag will be at your seat. Your guests, however, may need to go to registration to check in and get their nametags.
Prayer speakers each have a maximum of four minutes to pray. An additional minute is included between speakers to allow for transition time. Jose Castillo will introduce you and bring a mic to you. You will stand at your seat to pray.
Our keynote speaker will have thirty minutes, and our closing prayer speaker will ten minutes. A few minutes before you speak, we will escort you behind the stage curtain. Jose Castillo will introduce you, and you will walk onto the stage to speak.
All speakers will receive a customized run of show PDF emailed ahead of the breakfast and an additional printed copy at their seats.
This is up to you. We have speakers who have done both, and either way is acceptable. It is more about what you are comfortable with and which way will help you stay within the four-minute time frame.
Volunteers

If you have not already, please sign up for a specific volunteer location here. Ethan Nieman is your volunteer coordinator. He will meet you at the registration desk to give you your nametag and Volunteer lanyard. Then, he will direct you to your post.
